LAUGH :
Comic book , watch a favorite show or a voice of children is the little things that make you laugh .
IDLE MOMENT :
Allow 5-10 minutes to sit quietly without doing anything . Note the voices that are around you , stretch the muscles of the neck , shoulders , arms, legs and so on .
STRETCHING :
Before going to bed or wake up , take the time for 5 minutes to do the stretching. Start with your toes tighten , the muscles of the feet , calves , thighs upwards . Finally, do facial exercises to stretch the muscles of the face
