Family is My Everything......

Assalaamualaikum and peace to all readers ..








Before continue reading my blog , here I want to share a little about my background .. I am a simple person .. But I have big dreams ... My fullname is Nurul Sakinah Binti Muhamad Nor .. And I was born in Gemencheh , Negeri Sembilan on February 26, 1991 .. so , I am already 22 years old ..

Now, I am taking in course of  Bachelor of Human Resource Management for 4 years in University Utara Malaysia. And my matric number is 224105.

I am a very simple and easy to negotiate ... Every day , I will draw my daily schedule in order to facilitate the task completed advance at the time .. But I also have properties that are difficult to change the habit of postponing work . Now I'm trying to remove this habit . 


Other than that , I was very particular about cleanliness. Which is  I will keep my home or my room stay in a clean and orderly condition . This is because I would quickly get sick like the flu and sneezing . Besides that, I always make sure all the assignments done well . 


Aside from the characters , I had a dream to become a manager and want to help graduates get jobs through the company I want to set up . The company was established specifically for graduates who want to find work and I want to give them a job that suits their qualifications . 


Besides that, I  will give the best training for the graduates to ensure that the company will employ them are satisfied with their achievements in the future. That's my dream . 


Moreover, my main dream is want to repay my parents kindness and I want to give comfort to them as they did to me . Besides, I really want to help my brothers who had given support to me over the years. 


Family is everything to me . And I really love my Mom and Dad ! Mrs . Rokiah Binti Ahmad and Mr.Muhamad Nor Bin Yaman .... Mom, Dad, I promise that I will study hard and take care of mom and dad as mom and dad take care of me...Love You So Much, Mak...Ayah.....

Learn And Work As A Team

Today, I am very eager to share about "Team". 




As you know, team is a group of people with different skills and different tasks, who work together on a 
common project, service, or goal, with a meshing of functions and mutual support.

Do you want to ace your course? Take some tips from the pros and behave like a Premier League Player. 


Create A Team:


First of all, you need to create a team. You can study by yourself and ace it, but it may be a lot of work, especially if you have more than one course to take care of. 
Create a team to help share the load. Look for strenghts and appoint your team : researchers and writers.
When picking your team, remember the rule that the group is only as strong as its weakest link, so pick people who you are sure will do their part - otherwise you end up being the goalkeeper as well as the center forward.

Be The Captain:



Team thrive when they're under good leadership. Everyone has to know what they're supposed to be doing and when they're supposed to deliver.
As a team leader, your job is to figure out who needs a nudge every now and again to keep on track, and who is better left to themselves. 
So don't be a caretaker manager, analyse your team and be the captain of the team.

Focus On Your Goal:



"Getting an A" may be a goal, but it's rather a nebuluos thing to aim for.
Concrete goals tend to command better results so you may find it more useful to set your learning objectives as your goals. 
If there are a lot of them, divide them into sets, and set timelines for what needs to be done and when. And remember, every time you make a goal, get everyone back to the centre spot for some motivational self- praise, and a double check on where you're going next.

Plan For Fouls:




If you're lucky, everything will go smoothly. You'd have to be very, very, very lucky through.
Most of the time, there will be a snafu like someone will have the flu, or a teacher will change a deadline. 
So, when you're planning, remember that training for the World Cup starts one or even years in advance and plan for disaster.

In this entry, I would like to share with you how to enjoy life. All people want to live a happy life. True or not? As Muslims, we should always remember Allah S.W.T .. therefore, we will always feel relaxed ...


Life is a beautiful thing if we realize why born in this world . Happy or not , we are the person determined it. No doubt, there are times when we are bored with what we run every day . What should we do? ? ?



Follow this guide ...............





1 ) Start the day with the phrase " Alhamdulillah " . All thanks or praise to Allah S.W.T.There are times, when we as people forget to be thankful. We should always remember God 's gift to us. Do not forget to thank to Allah S.W.T. Be grateful slave .



2 ) Always remain calm in all situations . No matter how difficult we faced the tests, always calm and restraint. Tranquility will make all our actions and decisions better.



3 ) Avoid anger . Remember that anger is the nature of evil and as a Muslim we have to be patient because it avoids harm and we do not get any benefits from it.



4 ) Share the joy and thankful for all the blessings given . All the blessings that are a sign of God's mercy to us . As a servant always be grateful for the blessings we got.



5 ) Doing good things. As long as there is opportunity and time, to do as much good in the world because every good deed will be rewarded and make our lives happier.



6 ) Express ourselves in a way that is right and good . Use the strengths and talents that we have to do the right thing and not detrimental to our good and  others .



7 ) Take a break time , play sports and spend time with family, especially the parents .There are many other things that we can do like spend time with friends and do something we likes.



8 ) Hugs our parents. Remember, parents are the ones who gave birth to us in this world . Consequently, cherish every moment with them and do good to them. That was enough to signify our love them .

Today, I give you some information about diets. Keep reading, ya! Huhu



DIET. DIET. DIET.





KEEP DIET?  But the figure remains unchanged . Even when standing in front of a mirror , look more grown up . Why and what is the cause of diet failure that we have done ? Perhaps also the dietary patterns and habits we may not realize has ruined our diet . Let's check it out!



1 ) Attitude hunger :



Eat when we are hungry strongly discouraged . Nutritionists recommend that we eat before hunger . This is because hunger can make you eat more calories and exceed the required limit .



2 ) Easy access to get food :



If the snacks we put on the table , the food certainly can be spent quickly . On the other hand , if we keep the food in a drawer or a tough place to be seen , of course it will last long . So , make sure we do not keep food that can be taken easily .



3 ) Large plates :



If we eat the dishes that we might take a lot of dishes to cater to the plate . If we eat in a small plate , we will quickly feel full and can eat slowly .



4 ) Eat quickly :



Eat slowly makes us feel full sooner than eat greedily. To help us feel full , we can control the chewing of 15-20 times and pause before another feeding .



5 ) Eat while activity:



Eating while doing activities will make us not focus with the food served . Without us realizing it, we keep eating . Therefore, avoid eating while watching television, doing work in front of the computer or reading a book.

Consider the cause of below ......


1 ) Lack of walk :



Quickly . That's why we use the elevator or escalator at work . However, doing so can damage the diet . More hands-on and walk up the stairs to burn calories.



2 ) The desire to chew :



Set aside your favorite snacks in the bedroom , living room or on a table . Snack that led to our desire to continue eating can increase the number of calories. And replace the fruit .



3 ) The influence of friends :



If someone stretched/give donuts or cupcakes to you, you should rejected especially after lunch or before leaving the office . According to a study in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology says someone who successfully lose weight are those who make friends with people who have the same purpose in the diet.



4 ) Lack of sleep :



In addition to health , adequate sleep is very good to keep the weight off . Lack of sleep can affect the digestive hormones so it make you want to eat at midnight . Sleep 8 hours a day to keep the quality of the diet.

Already Eat? But Still Hungry? Why?

Dear readers, Assalaamualaikum...and hye....

Today, I want to share some info about why we are often hungry despite eating a lot.


Chewing sometimes be a difficult habit scraped . Sometimes it comes when the eyes want sleep . Actually, there are some foods and drinks can be taken to help better sleep . However, there are also food and drinks only lead to weight gain . So , what are your options in dealing with this situation ?

Here I enclose a list of foods we can and can not enjoy the night :


 CAN BE EAT :




1 ) Mineral water :

Before we look for food in the refrigerator , it helps us to drink one or two glasses of plain water first. Wait 10 minutes, if still hungry , then take a healthy snack .



2 ) Milk :

Triftofan and an amino acid found in milk can help us sleep more soundly . Choose low-fat milk because it helps to improve bone health .



3 ) Beans :

These foods are rich in antioxidants . It makes us full longer so, we do  not to have to wake up in the night due to hunger . Nuts also help regulate blood sugar and increases serotonin in the body .



4 ) Popcorn :

Popcorn is a source of complex carbohydrates that are low in calories . There is no mistake if we eat popcorn at night. Make sure we do not pour over the melted butter .



5 ) Wheat :

It's good food and fiber for digestion. Benefits similar to milk and carbohydrate to help increase the rate of tryptophan in the blood. Avoid chips or pasta because it will make us not sleep well.




X CANNOT BE EAT !




1 ) Coffee:

Caffeine content in coffee is not only difficult for us to sleep , but also it was diuretic ( urination often ) . When we woke up, it will be automatically arises a desire to chew . In effect, we will chew unhealthy foods such as potatoes , biscuits or junk food .



2 ) Chocolate :

Although it serves to give a sense of calm , but it was not the best food before bed. Sugar will quickly go up and down to raise blood sugar hunger .


3 ) Cheese :

Avoid cheese before bed because it can provide for stomach disorders . Besides, cheese is the food too high in fat, calories and can make your body more plump.




4 ) Spicy foods :

Intake of chilli or spicy food before bedtime may cause heartburn. The situation is not helped us makes us sleep well otherwise difficult night's sleep . In this period , we can spend time with washing vehicles , exercising or cleaning the bedroom.



5 ) Cake , ice cream and biscuits :

Avoid these foods because it will raise blood sugar and increase energy . Look for other alternatives to take fresh fruit .



6 ) Burger :

This food will add calories and fat , especially in the abdomen . Avoid fatty foods so you sleep more soundly and wake up refreshed in the morning .



7 ) Soda :

Tastes good , but not too much drinking , especially before bedtime. Soda intake in the long run can lead to health problems such as diabetes and heart disease.



8 ) French Fries :

This is the worst food taken at bedtime . Oil and fat will accumulate in the stomach . If left unchecked , it will increase cholesterol and obesity . Substitute almonds or taking low- salt crackers .
