Today, I want to share some info about why we are often hungry despite eating a lot.
Chewing sometimes be a difficult habit scraped . Sometimes it comes when the eyes want sleep . Actually, there are some foods and drinks can be taken to help better sleep . However, there are also food and drinks only lead to weight gain . So , what are your options in dealing with this situation ?
Here I enclose a list of foods we can and can not enjoy the night :
CAN BE EAT :
1 ) Mineral water :
Before we look for food in the refrigerator , it helps us to drink one or two glasses of plain water first. Wait 10 minutes, if still hungry , then take a healthy snack .
2 ) Milk :
Triftofan and an amino acid found in milk can help us sleep more soundly . Choose low-fat milk because it helps to improve bone health .
3 ) Beans :
These foods are rich in antioxidants . It makes us full longer so, we do not to have to wake up in the night due to hunger . Nuts also help regulate blood sugar and increases serotonin in the body .
4 ) Popcorn :
Popcorn is a source of complex carbohydrates that are low in calories . There is no mistake if we eat popcorn at night. Make sure we do not pour over the melted butter .
5 ) Wheat :
It's good food and fiber for digestion. Benefits similar to milk and carbohydrate to help increase the rate of tryptophan in the blood. Avoid chips or pasta because it will make us not sleep well.
X CANNOT BE EAT !
1 ) Coffee:
Caffeine content in coffee is not only difficult for us to sleep , but also it was diuretic ( urination often ) . When we woke up, it will be automatically arises a desire to chew . In effect, we will chew unhealthy foods such as potatoes , biscuits or junk food .
2 ) Chocolate :
Although it serves to give a sense of calm , but it was not the best food before bed. Sugar will quickly go up and down to raise blood sugar hunger .
3 ) Cheese :
Avoid cheese before bed because it can provide for stomach disorders . Besides, cheese is the food too high in fat, calories and can make your body more plump.
4 ) Spicy foods :
Intake of chilli or spicy food before bedtime may cause heartburn. The situation is not helped us makes us sleep well otherwise difficult night's sleep . In this period , we can spend time with washing vehicles , exercising or cleaning the bedroom.
5 ) Cake , ice cream and biscuits :
Avoid these foods because it will raise blood sugar and increase energy . Look for other alternatives to take fresh fruit .
6 ) Burger :
This food will add calories and fat , especially in the abdomen . Avoid fatty foods so you sleep more soundly and wake up refreshed in the morning .
7 ) Soda :
Tastes good , but not too much drinking , especially before bedtime. Soda intake in the long run can lead to health problems such as diabetes and heart disease.
8 ) French Fries :
This is the worst food taken at bedtime . Oil and fat will accumulate in the stomach . If left unchecked , it will increase cholesterol and obesity . Substitute almonds or taking low- salt crackers .
