KEEP DIET?  But the figure remains unchanged . Even when standing in front of a mirror , look more grown up . Why and what is the cause of diet failure that we have done ? Perhaps also the dietary patterns and habits we may not realize has ruined our diet . Let's check it out!



1 ) Attitude hunger :



Eat when we are hungry strongly discouraged . Nutritionists recommend that we eat before hunger . This is because hunger can make you eat more calories and exceed the required limit .



2 ) Easy access to get food :



If the snacks we put on the table , the food certainly can be spent quickly . On the other hand , if we keep the food in a drawer or a tough place to be seen , of course it will last long . So , make sure we do not keep food that can be taken easily .



3 ) Large plates :



If we eat the dishes that we might take a lot of dishes to cater to the plate . If we eat in a small plate , we will quickly feel full and can eat slowly .



4 ) Eat quickly :



Eat slowly makes us feel full sooner than eat greedily. To help us feel full , we can control the chewing of 15-20 times and pause before another feeding .



5 ) Eat while activity:



Eating while doing activities will make us not focus with the food served . Without us realizing it, we keep eating . Therefore, avoid eating while watching television, doing work in front of the computer or reading a book.

1 ) Lack of walk :



Quickly . That's why we use the elevator or escalator at work . However, doing so can damage the diet . More hands-on and walk up the stairs to burn calories.



2 ) The desire to chew :



Set aside your favorite snacks in the bedroom , living room or on a table . Snack that led to our desire to continue eating can increase the number of calories. And replace the fruit .



3 ) The influence of friends :



If someone stretched/give donuts or cupcakes to you, you should rejected especially after lunch or before leaving the office . According to a study in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology says someone who successfully lose weight are those who make friends with people who have the same purpose in the diet.



4 ) Lack of sleep :



In addition to health , adequate sleep is very good to keep the weight off . Lack of sleep can affect the digestive hormones so it make you want to eat at midnight . Sleep 8 hours a day to keep the quality of the diet.
