As always, I want to share some info on what I have read in a magazine recently I bought.
Happiness and joy. Everyone wants to be happy. Some of the things we do, the most important thing we have to correct the intent that we want to do and what is beneficial to others.
Happiness is a feeling of peace and contentment in ourselves . Feeling happy arise when we do not have to feel anxious , scared , confused and happy thoughts happen when we love doing something , win or achieve something valuable .
As always, I want to share some info on what I have read in a magazine recently I bought.

One of the best ways to maintain happiness is to achieve peace within ourselves through meditation every day . Therefore, some tips for you to increase the happiness in daily life :
1 ) Look at the side of the good and positive in every situation .
Do not think about negative things and problems .
2 ) Think of the answer rather than the problem .
3 ) Listening to music will make you more calm and relaxed .
4 ) Watch a funny story that makes you laugh .
5 ) Take time to read a few pages of a book or article every day .
This will provide a source of inspiration to you .
6 ) Be aware of your thoughts because every second you are thinking negative things .
So , start thinking of pleasant things .
7 ) Always look at the things you have done rather than the things you do not .
8 ) You want to start the day with the intention to settle a few things but at the end of the day, you feel disappointed and not happy about not being able to do all these things .
Change your thinking . Afford to do just that .
9 ) Always hang out with people who are happy and try to learn from them to be happy
10 ) Always smiling .
